DELIVERY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


When will my item(s) arrive?

You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 5-15 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.


How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.


What if my order is lost in transit?

If you believe that your order has been lost in transit, please immediately send an email to support@mybaladgear.com no later than 7 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will try our best to help and locate your item. Please also get in touch with your local post office to try locating your lost package.

Keep in mind that if the tracking information states an order was delivered, we will NOT take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

RETURNS

We offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, less shipping costs each way.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mybaladgear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be ready to provide a detailed photo of the damaged item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Apparel returns will only be accepted if they do not show any signs of use or damage. They must be in re-sellable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
